A simple but refined cuisine, starting from spit-roasted chicken and continuing with many regional specialties, such as lasagna, mondeghili, panelle, pappa al pomodoro, which can be eaten on the spot or taken home. The wine list presents a selection of about 60 labels from all over Italy, with some French offerings.
