Opened in 2022, Giacomo al Salviatino is the second location born in Tuscany, Giacomo Bulleri's homeland.
A 15th-century villa, immersed in the tranquillity of the Tuscan countryside, just ten minutes from the centre of Florence. You can eat on the panoramic terrace, with a view that embraces Florence and its monuments, or in the Sala Affresco, where once great masters such as Salvador Dalì and Gabriele D'Annunzio used to converse in literary salons.
The menu at Giacomo al Salviatino offers both sea and land dishes, ranging from Giacomo's great classics to traditional Tuscan recipes, prepared with seasonal ingredients. Aromatic herbs, fruit and vegetables come from the villa's permaculture garden: the Third Paradise, a work of land art created by Michelangelo Pistoletto, designed to follow the changing seasons and enjoy its fruits.
A careful and painstaking selection of labels, with particular attention to the most important appellations, especially of the territory, ranging between native and international varieties.
